- Requirements analysis — vehicle type, operating conditions, regulatory requirements
- Thermal and mechanical design — housing, cooling, vibration isolation
- Prototype and testing — vibration, temperature cycling, water ingress, brightness
- Production — SMT, assembly, 100% individual unit testing
- Deployment support — installation guides, wiring harnesses, cloud provisioning
