Testing Process
Every display model undergoes:
- Water ingress testing (IP65 verification)
- Thermal cycling (-20C to +60C, 100 cycles)
- Vibration testing (SAE J1455)
- UV exposure testing (ISO 4892)
- 72-hour burn-in at full brightness
