What’s GOB LED Display?

A GOB LED display refers to an LED screen that utilizes a technology called “glass on board” (GOB) during the manufacturing process. GOB LED displays are made by placing the LED chips directly onto a PCB (printed circuit board) and then covering them with a layer of glass. The glass protects the LED chips from damage and also enhances the display’s durability and reliability.

Compared to traditional LED displays, GOB LED displays have several advantages. First, the glass layer provides an additional level of protection against impact and moisture, making them more resistant to damage and weathering. Second, the GOB technology allows for a higher pixel density, resulting in a clearer and sharper image. Finally, the glass layer can also improve the viewing angle and color accuracy of the display.

GOB LED displays are commonly used in a wide range of applications, such as outdoor advertising, digital signage, sports arenas, and concerts.
